We proposed works sent by mail, are brought to our staff or sent by courier or express mail. If you need to order special transport.
 
Delivery time
After receiving your order, we will of course immediately to process it. Works are referred only after receipt of your payment. Therefore, the time of delivery of works is the moment when you receive from us by e-mail confirmation of your payment. Ordered the product is referred to within 2-5 business days. On average, you get the product within 4-7 business days after receiving the order. Term delivery of the paintings also depends on whether the picture is drawn individually or provided service setting, in which case delivery of pictures lasts a little longer.

Wanting to improve logistics and reduce delivery time, we hope to soon bring you the product within 48-72 hours.

Important point

 Despite our care and a pedantry, sometimes paintings can be damaged during transportation. Certainly, in that case, we will announce all losses.
 
Please note and follow these instructions:
On the damage incurred during transportation, please inform the supplier delivered the product and immediately show your complaint to him. Then on the observed shortcomings encountered during the transport you need to inform and ARTmecca.eu. If want to return product, please, inform us on it by e-mail or by phone.
